With the increasingly building-up of high-speed railway in recent years,the requirements needed by high-speed railway for controlling the settlement becomes more and more strict.Relatively,those traditional way for processing of soft subgrade are less competitive in that.On the one hand,the settlement after construction is hard to control;on the other hand,the cost for the whole process is a bit too high.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct this research on finding new technological ways for dealing with latest subgrade so as to control the settlement of subgrade.This paper, on the basis of existed exploration and research on technical composite subgrade and after a comprehensive consideration of their advantages and disadvantages, has put forward a more economic and practical model for processing soft subgrade—new style of CFG pile-board structure. The author has explored and then analysed the features of settlement of this kind of CFG pile-board structure by means of further indoor model tests; meanwhile, the author has conducted analysis on the features of settlement of the compound subgrade with CFG pile-board structure by virtue of quadrature tests under the help of large scale finite element software ANSYS. Finally, the author has fortunately grasped the characteristics of settlement of this CFG pile-board with compound subgrade, as well as the laws of settling quantity due to its structure, which will reference for further research on pile-board structure and related usage in engineering.
