The solar X-EUV imaging telescope is under development to meet for the needs of space weather research and forecast. As the detector of soft X-EUV ray, the characteristic of CCD and its calibration are very important to the whole telescope system.In this paper, it presents several test methods of the parameters including gain,dark current,readout noise,quantum efficiency,transfer efficiency and so on, at this stage, we have calibrated the EUV spectrum response at HeFei synchrotron laboratory,gain and transfer efficiency using radioactive Fe55,dark current and read out noise at the temperature from 254 to 290K.The spectrum response from 5 to 88.6nm is gotten from the test data at HeFei synchrotron laboratory, the detection efficiency of this waveband at room temperature is below 45%. The system gain is gotten using data from the radioactive calibration in two processing methods, and transfer efficiency gotten from the same test data is better than 0.99998. Dark current of the MPP CCD varies from 1.17 to 175.29 e-/pixel/s at the temperature of 254 to 290 K, the read out noise is below 42 e-/readout, these two results are from the hot vacuum test datas.During the analysis of the data, three methods to filter noises of dark images are compared, several GUI (graphical user interfaces) for data analysis and computation are designed, such as GUI for data format transform,batch file,QE computation and so on, these programmes and arithmetics play very important roles in the whole process of data analysis.
