Riding comfortable and control stability has been requires more and more strictly with the improvement of our life, and they have become two important performance indexes by which the vehicle more easy in the competition. The vechicle with air suspensin has better performance in ride performance, tire life, control stability, less damage of rode and more protection of good compared with those with leaf spring suspension.In this text simulating the bus front double-balloon air suspension under ramp and sinusoidal load test by hydraulic power system environment(MTS), through advanced dynamic strain gauge collecting stress and strain data of the test, and exporting test data. I used measuring tools to get the dimension of frame and air suspension. Before founding the finite element model, I analysis the structural characteristics of the test suspension, simplified front frame and air spring, control device, stabilizer and mounting bracket of air suspension on reasonable assumptions. According to the previous measurement data and simplifying the conditions using UG to establish a 3D model of air suspension, then use ANSYS simulate 3D UG model. First simulating front frame's modal, an analysis of every band vibration mode of modal. Considering the characteristics of air springs and borrowed the method from finite element analysis of tires, then I establish a finite element model of air springs in simulation. Through comparing the simulation results with the test results, confirm the model establishment of the air spring and the selection of boundary condition correct. Import the air spring stiffness into the overall model, get the air suspension's components and the front frame's stress, then export simulation results. Comparing experimental data and simulation results get the conlusion the intensity of the front frame and air suspension meet the application requirements.Research results in text can provide reference for developing similar air suspension and front frame of three frame.
