Economic globalization and the rapid development of new media today, more and more urban park meet some problems, such as landscape convergence; characteristics loss; landscape tedious and management difficulties. All the while, due to the limitation of research visual angle on park landscape culture characteristic, fails to dip the loss historical roots of the park landscape characteristic deeply. Because fails to grasp accurately the development trend and put forward the effective proposal to the overall urban park culture characteristic, that makes matter that the urban park lack cultural characteristic as a more stable difficult problem, and makes designers puzzled for a long time.The development of cultural ecology park for our study of urban park landscape and urban culture of provides a new idea. Combined with the cultural ecology of historical development and research methods, breaks culture research limitations that cultural city culture, through the historical analysis of urban culture and the evolution of park landscape that we can more accurately grasp the development venation and trend of urban park, so it's very important practical significance for urban park landscape cultural characteristic construction. The research object that article selected --Tianjin, because of its particular geography, lateral environment and the city history of latter-day, during the process of city park sight, who present us the typical characters of our Chinese city parks' improvement, also show originality, so it has preferable research value. This article aims at some questions which existed in the building state of Tianjin urban park.Based on the sight culture feature, and regard the city park sight of Tianjin as research object, follow the viewpoint of the history development, and depend on the study method of culture bionomics, proposed the concept of "park culture biogeocenose", construct a theoretic model which evolved by park sight following city culture development. By researching all the components and their mutual relation, form the research frame which regards the city park sight culture development as research core and culture biogeocenose as theoretic support.Based on the cultural ecology angle of view, the research has carried on the elaboration and the multiple perspectives analysis to the Tianjin urban culture development with the Tianjin metropolitan park landscape evolution history process, refined the cultural characteristic which Tianjin modern metropolitan park landscape should have, namely low-lying topography and the water pond landscape characteristic, rich human interest and civilian smells, open attractive landscape style, south, north, west multi-dimensional fusion landscape characteristic. Then, has carried on the forecast to overall trend of development of the Tianjin metropolitan park landscape and the development of the park landscape culture characteristic, proposed that the Tianjin metropolitan park toward the ecology, function recombine, humanization, will take the native place culture, the idea and the form diversification direction in the future develops, and Tianjin metropolitan park landscape culture characteristic will develop towards four aspects: the traditional garden culture characteristic; the traditional folk custom culture characteristic; the modern industry culture characteristic and the modern metropolis culture characteristic; forms landscape culture characteristic prosperous tendency which let a hundred flowers blossom in the future.
