With the constant development of electronic technology, an increasing number of electronic products are used in cars. However, It has become a very important and urgent research topics that how to solve the electromagnetic compatibility problem in electronic modules and systems, how to improve vehicle reliability and safety, and how to ensure that a certain operation from vehicles on the road does not interfere with the normal performance of the peripheral devices.In this paper, for this case that the test passing rate of domestic wiper motor less than half. One certain domestic wiper motor is analyzed and researched. The contents are as follows:Standing on the broad background , the international automotive electromagnetic compatibility was sophisticated development. This paper introduces of China's automotive electromagnetic compatibility status quo, at the same time, analyzes and expounds the necessity and research significance of automotive drive system of windscreen wiper.This paper takes one certain domestic wiper motor for example, sets up the parametric analysis model, lists controlled equation based on scalar magnetic potential and boundary condition. Units four boundary conditions, and then gets the wiper motor's parametric results of scalar magnetic potential. at last, gets the parametric expression of magnetic induction intensity, then, uses MATLAB to generate the magnetic induction intensity curve. At the meanwhile, applies finite element simulation software-Ansoft Maxwell to model wiper motor and solve, uses the post processor to achieve the magnetic induction intensity curve of wiper motor's inner. Compared with the magnetic induction intensity curve of analytical computed, the error does not exceed 7%. Validated the accuracy and reliability of analytical computed.Using the testing platform-EMC Scan of our laboratory, test the conducted interference of wiper motor. Designed easy-effective L-type low-pass filter, makes conducted interference amplitude reduced at least 10dBμV at 150kHz~500kHz frequency bands.
