Rail, fastener, rail cant, friction coefficient, sleeper spacing and so on are track power analysis, design of the important parameters, but also the impact of rail lateral deformation and reverse deformation of the important reasons. However, research in this area for many years mainly in the transverse bound to the wheel and rail simplified model of the two contact contact force to analyze the deformation of the rail, unable to react real wheel-rail contact, and therefore this paper to study the contents of this issue is very necessary.This paper introduces the development of track structure, wheel-rail contact status under the deformation of the rail. Based on wheel-rail contact mechanics model set up to consider from eccentric vertical force and horizontal force caused by lateral deformation of the rail and the reasons for reversing the deformation on the basis of the two elastomers Hertz contact theory as the theoretical basis, the use of ANSYS software set up, including the rail, wheels, fasteners and rail cant of the finite element solid model.Wheel-rail contact on the role of the various working condition analysis, by changing the track under the cushion stiffness, lateral stiffness fastener, buckle the size of stress, the size of track at the end of the slope, the friction coefficient of the size, sleeper spacing, etc. to analyze the size of rail horizontal deformation, deformation and rail reverse the changes of lateral rigidity for the relevant parameters selected to provide a reasonable design basis.Application of finite element model of rail deformation studies, results showed that eccentric vertical force and horizontal force changes have led to rail must have a horizontal deformation and torsional deformation. When the lateral force at (10kN, 20kN) between the changes, the horizontal deformation of the rail and reverse the effects of relatively large deformation. In addition, the buckle fastener on the rail deformation stress has little effect, but too much stress will be reduced withholding elastic fastener, fastener fatigue damage caused to increase the difficulty of maintenance, it is recommended by national standards or control at around 10kN appropriate.
