As an important part of urban rail transit system,the third rail current collecting system should have good friction condition,which is the precondition for safe and stable operation of vehicles.When the vehicle is running,the collector slider and the third-rail form a dry friction pair,which realizes the current-collecting by sliding friction.Under the influence of many factors,the friction contact state of the contact surface changes constantly,which causes the friction vibration of the collector slider,makes the instantaneous increase of contact stress,aggravates the wear of the slider,and seriously affects the current receiving stability of the vehicle.Therefore,it is important to explore the friction vibration characteristics of the current collector/third-rail system and the frictional behavior and wear volume of the slider in operation,which is of great significance to reduce the operation cost of urban rail vehicles and improve the running quality.In this paper,the current collector/third-rail system of urban rail vehicles is taken as the research object,based on the tribological test,the friction vibration characteristics of the friction pairs and the wear volume of the collector slider are studied.The specific work is as follows:(1)Experimental study on friction behavior of slider/third-rail contact surface.Stribeck friction model and LuGre friction model are selected according to the motion state of the current collector system.Based on the surface topography measurement test of the collector slider,the changing trend and reasons of the surface topography of the slider in its life cycle were analyzed.Based on the test of measuring the friction coefficient of the contact surface of friction pairs,the influence of load and relative velocity on the friction coefficient of the contact surface is analyzed,and the negative slope characteristic of the friction force of the contact surface is verified.The parameters of the friction models are identified based on the test data.(2)Simulation and analysis of friction vibration characteristics of current collector system.The dynamic model of the longitudinal friction vibration of the system is established by applying the theory of friction dynamics.After that,the characteristics of the longitudinal friction vibration under different system parameters and different contact pressures are analyzed by using the selected friction model,and the measures to restrain the friction vibration are put forward.On this basis,the dynamics model of longitudinal and lateral coupled friction vibration is established.And the influence rule and degree of single system parameter on friction vibration in different directions are analyzed.(3)Prediction of collector slider's wear volume.Based on the friction work principle,a prediction model of slider's wear volume established for the wear problem of collector slider.According to the application of the model,prediction softwares are developed with MATLAB/GUI,and the case studies are carried out.By comparing the predicted value with the real value,the predicted model achieves the expected effect and the predicted result is accurate.In this paper,there are 182 figures,84 tables,84 references.
