Circulating fluidized bed boiler by virtue of its wide fuel adaptability and high combustion efficiency, outstanding environmental performance, more adaptive to the change of load, good performance characteristics of ash utilization. It would be a good selection for energy-saving and emission reduction job.. In this paper, carry out the following job to circulating fluidized bed boiler. First, combinated boiler combustion characteristics and analysed the burning and exercise process of fuel, summed up the size of fuel particle in the impact of circulating fluidized bed boiler's running, ignition and wear. Second, for QXF29-1.6/115/70-Aâ…¢type hot water circulating fluidized bed boiler of Da qing torch heating department, use density margin method to calculate the separation efficiency of cyclone at full load. analysed the high exhaust gas temperature is mainly due to the direction of water system ,the changes in coal, ashing,coking, scaling of heating area. Third, give a complete set of circulating fluidized bed boiler cyclone numerical calculation methods, use Gambit to set up the physical model and mesh of cyclone, then import numerical software Fluent. Analoged velocity field and particle trajectories of cyclone, analysed flow field. Calculate the total separation efficiency and classification efficiency of cyclone. Analysed changing the center tube insertion depth in impact of cyclone performance. Come to that shorten the center tube affecting the flow field velocity distribution, reducing the separation efficiency. the design of separator tube length have questions. Finally, designed limestone FGD system matching process together with the field boiler, configuration of the flue gas after sulfur content was significantly lower than national standards, and analysed the impact of the boiler desulfurization system. |
