With the great development of mountain highways and the city overpass bridges ,the long-span and curved P.C. continuous rigid frame bridge has been growing up developed rapidly in recent years with its unique predominance that just can adapt the restriction of topography and landform, can reduce the length of the road, make the road more smoothly and comfortably. Compared with the long-span and straight P.C. continuous rigid frame bridge, it is appearance to present marked space characteristic of the internal force and deformation because of flexure-torsion coupling and existing transversal deformation.In this paper, based on a lot of documents, the development of the curved bridge is detailed discussed and the theory of the analysis and computation of the curved bridge is summarized. By studying the influence line of the internal force and deformation of the every dominate cross section of the single statically indeterminate simply supported curve beam, the characteristic of the internal force and deformation of the beam has. been analyzed adequately. The influence of the central angle on the single statically indeterminate simply supported curve beam on the internal force and deformation is also discussed by changing the central angle.Making use of the great spatial finite element software , MIDAS/civil, the spatial finite element model of the long-span and curved P.C. continuous rigid frame bridge is constructed in the phase of completed construction, and the longitudinal distribution of the internal force and the deformation of the long-span and curved P.C. continuous rigid frame bridge under the self-gravity, prestress force and live load in the phase of completed construction. By changing the geometrical parameter of the long-span and curved P.C. continuous rigid frame bridge, the influence of the central angle on the spatial characteristic of the internal force and deformation of the bridge is analyzed.
