Due to the advantage of V-pier frame bridge in aesthetics, this type of bridge is standing in most cities. Because of the few number of V-pier frame bridges built, compared with other types, less research has been done, especially on the influence of V-pier's V-angle on the internal structure force and deformation of PC continuous rigid frame bridge.Based on the project of Xicheng Bridge in Nanping, Fujian, and a great quantity of literature home and abroad, the characteristics of V-pier frame bridge have been summed up, including the characteristics of construction, configuration and internal force's distribution. And also this thesis has pointed out that the problems of cracks can easily appear in the 0# and 1# elements of V-pier rigid frame bridge. Aiming at the bridge's characteristics, the calculation process of finite element has been expatiated on, including the calculating method of the internal structure force, the temperature changing characteristics and its calculating method, the mechanism of the effect of the concrete shrinkage and creep on the bridge structure, the factors which affect the concrete shrinkage and creep, and the calculation steps of the finite element of the concrete shrinkage and creep. Based on the result of the research, and combined with the finite element analysis program and setting calculation model by using girder beam element, not only the influence of changing V-angle's degree under the condition of deadweight, the concrete shrinkage and creep, pre-stress force and temperature changing have been analyzed , but also the changing rules have been pointed out. All the research would be helpful for V-pier rigid frame bridge designing, construction and construction monitor.
