Application Research On The Evaluated System Of Road Traffic Safety

Traffic safety threatens people's life and property directly, even affects and limits the development of transportation. In order to promote road safety performance and avoid roadway trauma, firstly we should have an impersonality evaluation on road safety performance. At present, there are several methods of evaluating traffic safety at home and abroad that are Mathematical Statistics method, Intensive Analysis method, comprehensive assessment method, Traffic Conflict method and so on. This paper constructs measure system of road safety properties evaluation through three levels that are point, line and area respectively. The evaluated objects are under the same condition in the three levels evaluation. Take the line level for example, different lines is in the same area when there are evaluated.When different points of the same roadway are evaluated, this paper has adopted the ameliorated method that is called quality control to ensure the high accident section and the sequence of improvement. And according to the reality, it has brought some proper preventions and cure measures based on "4E".When lines are evaluated, this paper has adopted a simple ameliorated method. Because of the low veracity, it has adopted the gray multiple kind evaluation with high veracity. And constructs the reasonable evaluation indicators firstly, ensure the evaluation criterion secondly, give an calculate example based on the accumulated data thirdly, educes the safety level sequence of 13 roads last.When areas are evaluated, it has ensured that the indicators are accidents number, deaths number, injury number and property direct loss. In order to evaluate the areas under the same criterion, remove the factor's influence of traffic gross before evaluation. Subsequently, this paper has introduced two simple evaluation methods, also adopt the gray multiple kinds evaluation. By expatiating the three levels, it has formed a synthetically theory system of road safety evaluation.Based on evaluation on these three levels, the multitiered and all-dimensional evaluation system is formed. It can satisfy the requirement of every level evaluation with high veracity. It can make a impersonality evaluation on road safety performance.
