With the continuous improvement of living standards and the gradual accelerating of urbanization, our country's maintaining vehicles increase rapidly bringing out the traffic congestion, parking and other issues which have been troubled a number of major cities in the Mainland. According to the development experience of overseas, P&R (Park and Ride) is an effective solution to the traffic pressure on the central area of the city. It can make driving traveler stopping in marginal urban areas and then transfer high-capacity public transport. This can reduce the number of cars going to urban centers, road congestion and improve travel efficiency and the traffic system. At present, some countries in Europe and the United States and Japan and other countries have succeed in developing a system of P & R case, but our country's P&R system is still in the stage of theoretical research.This paper explores the Park and Ride on the applicability of Chinese cities combined with the actual situation of China's major cities through the analysis of Park and Ride cities' experience abroad, summing up general conditions of implementing the Park and Ride. The paper applying the logit model establishes the P&R Probability Choice Model under the main factors influencing P&R and gives out the model's solving steps and algorithm. It explores the model's application in P&R demand forecasting. On the issue of P&R location selecting, the paper applies the location allocation model which is widly used in rail transportation network by analyzing the factors which impacs P&R facilities layout. And it uses the greedy algorithm to solve the model and gives the best P&R parking facilities addresses out based on the rail transportation network. At the same time, in accordance with the characteristics of China's urban development and the status of urban transport infrastructure, the paper brings forward related implementation strategy and security measures of China's big cities from the policy and technology points.The paper establishes Park and Ride Hub Quality Comprehensive evaluation index system by analysis many factors which impacts the Park and Ride hub and quantifying the select indicators. It brings out the city's Park and Ride evaluation method based on fuzzy evaluation method hub for the comprehensive evaluation of rail transportation and the car. Finally, taking Xi'an as an example, by analyzing the current status of urban development and the development of the size of cars and other factors in Xi'an, it carries out an opinion poll survey in some areas. According to survey results, it use models to predict the Xi'an total P & R transfer. At the same time, the paper uses Xi'an rail traffic sites passenger amount for the planning of P & R site. It points out the problems and corresponding solutions that will appear in future development of P & R in Xi'an. |
