The anti-sliding performance of the road is an important factor to ensure road traffic safety and preserving, so the research about the anti-sliding mechanism of cement concrete pavement is necessary. To strengthen the anti-sliding performance testing of the cement road contributes to the understanding of road usage. Development low cost and efficient anti-sliding testing equipment can improve the defects of the current anti-sliding testing techniques.By using tribological theory, this paper analyzes the friction mechanism between the tire and cements concrete pavement, and analyzes tire and road surface contact forms about wet road conditions. In addition, by using finite element software ABAQUS to analysis the road texture, tire load, speed, tire pressure and other factors affecting on interaction between tire and road surface, and present the regression formula of road surface coefficient and adhesion factors. This paper analyzes the existing forms of concrete pavement surface texture and the corresponding construct method, and reviews the performance of existing anti-sliding testing equipment principle, testing methods and its advantages and disadvantages, then pointes out the existing problems. Developed a new anti-sliding performance tester, and presents the friction coefficient as the road anti-sliding performance evaluation index. For the new anti-sliding performance tester, this paper put to the repeatability test, speed test and comparison testing with British Pendulum Tester and Sand Patch Method, and considers that the new anti-sliding tester has a certain degree of stability, for the same road texture, there is small variability in test results, and test results have good correlation with speed. At the same time, test results have definitive correlation with BPN and MTD. According to the regression relationship with the MTD, this paper puts forward new anti-slide test standards corresponding the new anti-sliding tester.
