Abstract/Summary:
It's a vast territory and abundant resources of china, the complex and changeable topographical contains many rivers, mountains and hills. The continuous rigid frame bridges are widely used but different in forms.China is also an earthquake-prone country, there will cause great economic loss if these bridges damaged in the earthquake. Therefore,it's necessary to do seismic response analysis of long-span continuous rigid frame bridges. When an earthquake occurs, the vibration and the deformation of the Piers in deep water could be observed, and it caused the water around the piers sloshing. At the same time, the water retroacts on the piers in the form of hydrodynamic pressure, and the retroaction changes the vibration and deformation of the bridges. The action and retroacts is always accompanied in an earthquake. In this thesis,I'll make seismic response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis of Baijianhe bridge on the base of seismic response analysis theory and the newly promulgated criterion. The main contents of this thesis are as follows.1,Establishment three finite element models of Baijianhe bridge by MIDAS/Civil.2,Analyze the seismic response based on the pile - soil interaction in consider of the vertical earthquake.3,Analyze the seismic response of bridge whose Piers in deep water in consider of pile -soil interaction and vertical earthquake.I hope that the research in this thesis could provide a useful reference for the seismic design of similar bridges.
