The Lancang Jiang large bridge in YunNan province is taken as an example to research the seismic response analysis for the large-span continuous rigid frame bridge with high piers in deep water. In the course of the seismic response analysis, considered the influence of the pile-soil interaction, water dynamic effect and traveling-wave effect to the seismic response of the bridge. In this paper the main work include: 1. discussing theories and modeling methods in ANSYS about pile-soil interaction, water dynamic effect and traveling-wave effect, establishing reasonable calculation model of bridge;2. studying the influence of dynamic water for the seismic response of the bridge;3. studying the influence of the pile-soil interaction for the seismic response of the bridge;4. studying the influence of the vertical shock for the seismic response of the bridge;5. studying the influence of traveling-wave effect for the seismic response of the bridge;6. obtaining some valuable conclusions based of previous work. From the seismic response analysis of the bridge, these conclusions will give some references for practical earthquake resisting designing of continuous rigid frame bridges.
