With the developing of domestic raffic ,the accident of vehicle compacting agaist bridge is also increasingly. The latent risk that the vehicle collides bridge is more and more severily ,especially with the effection of big axletree load and the big flux traffic load. At present,the vehicle—bridge collision is studied few at domestic and abroad , and ralative risk analysis theory and method are all immature.Therefore,carrying out pertinent study is very meaningful. The main content of the dissertation is studied the risk of vehicle colliding Double-deck highway steel truss bridge ,which includes the following aspects.(1)The causes and probability of vehicle impacting against bridge are discussed.(2)The risk and risk factor of vehicle impacting on Double-deck highway truss steel bridge are classified. As the risk factor of vehicle—bridge collision is very complex, so a simple and practical AHP method for the collision risk idendification is presented.(3)The relationship between structural failure probability and risk probability is discussed. Based on reliability principle,the random finite element method is builded for the probability evaluation of vehicle—bridge collision.(4)The loses of vehicle—bridge collision are classified and each lose calculating model is also be buided. Thses classification and calculating models realize quantitative estimation for collision risk consequences.(5)Based on the discussion of general risk evaluation method ,the risk matrix method combining with ALARP rule is builded for the risk evaluation of vehicle—bridge collision.(6)The method and theory proposed in the dissertation are applied for the vehicle—bridge collision of Dong Jiang major bridge to provide reference for vehicle compacting agaist highway steel truss bridge risk.
