With the development of our national economy, the construction of highway tunnels has made considerable progress. However, length of the tunnel of geological conditions, climatic conditions, design, construction and maintenance management reasons, more and more tunnels start up diseases, for example,cracking in the concrete lining, leakage of water, transgressive deformation limit, block out, and so on. Tunnel diseases pose a serious threat to traffic safety in tunnels. Therefore, on active duty to operate the road tunnel safety assessment of health diagnosis and is especially important.Chang'an tunnel and Xiaopanling tunnel in Yanji to Tumen highway is located in cold regions of northern China, was opened to traffic in 1999, has been 10 years since operation, in recent years, the staff of the tunnel found there are lining cracking, leakage water and other diseases in the tunnel, In this paper, based on the two tunnel project to study the disease tunnel testing program to develop, test results of the analysis and treatment of diseases and other issues, focused on temperature change and lining behind the hole on the lining of the effects of cracking, concrete results are as follows:(1) Through research, combine Chang'an tunnel and Xiaopanling tunnel disease of the actual situation, testing programs developed mainly: investigate the tunnel seepage water and the distribution of cracks in lining, application of ground penetrating radar detection lining and lining thickness Backfill behind the situation, detection of the use of ultrasound-rebound for strength of concrete lining, laser cytometry cross-section lining the road cross-section shape and slope. Test results through the processing and analysis, explore the causes of tunnel disease, combined with "highway tunnel conservation technical specifications" of the relevant provisions of the two tunnels on the security level for the division, developed a disease management measures.(2) Consider the construction of tunnel lining concrete hydration heat, the conservation conditions and other factors, calculation and analysis of the temperature on the lining of the effects of cracking, the results show that the cold temperature region can lead to cracking of tunnel lining, and construction should be made as far as possible both inside and outside the temperature and control of concrete to strengthen the conservation, in order to prevent the emergence of cracks in lining.(3) Application of ansys software simulation different types of conditions and behind the lining surrounding the existence of empty, the lining of the distribution and development of cracks, the results show that the cavities of the dome and arch lining can lead to the existence of empty cracks in the selection of the proposed construction to the arch department backfill compacting the waist to avoid the emergence of cavities.Paper the results of Chang'an tunnel and Xiaopanling tunnel disease provided the basis for remediation projects, as well as for similar projects from the safety assessment.
