The reflective cracking of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is a difficult problem in highway construction which is common and hard to avoid.The use of synchronous pavement stress-absorbing interlays this new technology give some hope for reducing the reflective cracking of asphalt surface course.Lots of studying reports and thesises about synchronous pavement and the interlaminar tackling of pavement and the interlaminar bond course of the bridge deck in this essay.I also use the experiences of many studying results and methods of predecessors.The idea that using synchronous pavement this technology is put forward and this technology is used to prevent reflective cracking and reduce water damaging.Firstly we analyse the function of the material which is needed in the synchronous pavement directed at the speciality of synchronous pavement itself. We also tried to bring up specification quotas and function standards.I used ANSYS finite element calcucating software to analyse the mechanical reaceion of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement construction which have synchronous pavement.The mechanical influence of the change of synchronous pavement parameter to the basement which have crack was also calculated. The essay also brought up the design method of synchronous pavement in which we used boundary strength as target. Listing a specific example of design With the raw materials used in the experiments. We analyse the influence factor to adhering function of synchronous pavement according to shearing and drawing experiment. The best quantity of asphalt and asphalt spreading and the best crushed stone spreading rate which is suit to synchronous pavement are determined. Using add-thickness track test,cold bend test and pressured water infiltration test to validate the improvement of pavement performance when under-sealsynchronous pavement have setted.In the end,analyzing the construction and economical efficiency of under-sealsynchronous pavement simply.
