This paper aims at reveling out supplying water for high building, based on rapid development of city and modern constructing of residential area. This paper discusses control system of water supply which has variable frequency and invariable pressure. It possesses the characters of steady and reliable controlling, high automatic degree and scientific management ,and so on . Meanwhile, the system implements aims which contain depressing cost, saving energy source, reducing wastage of equipment and improving quality of water supply.This paper puts forward designing method which adopts PLC and IPC, at the same time discusses the full design of system, analyzes designing of systemic hardware, as well as devise and realization of controlling and monitoring software based on configuration's technology. It also expounds composing, function and technics in PLC and IPC.At last, this paper expatiates remote terminal's accessing and diagnosing frame based on Internet. It also describes the actual value and processing of design.This control system of water supply which has variable frequency and invariable pressure is well in practicing and attain good social economic benefit.
