Modeling And Application Research On Wireless Vending Machine System Based On Petri Net

Wireless vending machine system realizes the long-distance control on the machine, the query and feedback of the sales information and the automatic disposal on the out of stock and the malfunction information. It belongs to the Discrete Event Dynamic Systems, so its characteristic is that the evolvement of the states in system is event-driven. Petri Net can analyze the system that has characteristics as concurrent, asynchronies, synchronization and resource sharing usefully. It has already become to the one of the main ways for modeling and analyzing Discrete Event Dynamic Systems on the logistic level.To build an accurate model that can model the system dynamically and analyze the efficiency amelioration of wireless system quantificationally. Petri Net modeling technology is applied to model and research the wireless vending machine system to model the business process and the logistics distribution process of the wireless system. The modeling method called "from top to bottom'' is to model business process. First of all, the top Petri Net model is built aiming at the main activities modules of the system. Secondly, these modules are respectively localized the details. Finally, the integrated Petri Net model of business process is found and executed on the emulator HPSIM. A timed Petri net model with inhibitor arcs is defined to model the logistics distribution process of the wireless system in an definite distribution environment. Considered the need of performance analysis, the model of the logistics distribution process of the traditional vending machine system is found too. These two models are simulated simultaneity in different situations.In this paper an accurate Petri Net model is built for the business process of the system, can make the personnel of the system to form a uniform and exact comprehend and ground a well foundation for the analysis and improvement of the system. The modeling for the logistics distribution process of the wireless system quantifies the efficiency amelioration of wireless system and realizes the time performance analysis of the wireless vending machine system.
