| The implementation of the railway speed strategy in china request high demand on the train safety and comfort,at the same time,the high speed and the heavy train make damage on the track,it increases the deterioration of track state. It became an important task to enhance the dynamic detection of track and ensure the safety of rail transport.This article analyses compositions and design features of the dynamic testing equitment combining with item of optical system for measuring rail surface abrasion proposed by China Railway Institution of Science and Technology. This article gives an optimal design of CCD optical path and light source path to make sure quality of the images.Besides,it come up with a feedback system of light source according to problems appearing in the detection. The feedback system has been used in the rail inspection train of Ministry of Railways,and has improve the adaptablility of the detection system. |
