With the development of advanced manufacturing, numerical control technology and NC machine tools is now facing a new round of transformation and upgrading. As the important driving device of NC machine tools, industrial robots and so on, Servo control system has obtained the widespread application in modern industrial production, the request to servo-control product performance, function and cost performance becames more and more high. Based on digital signal Processing technology, the full digitized ac servo control system which uses direct drive technology and high Performance control Strategy will certainly to become the servo control development trend. In this paper, electro-spindle sructrue is transferred, then, design verification is done. Furthermore, a full digitized ac servo system base on DSP is introduced.In this paper, the open CNC system and the direct drive technology were outlined briefly, then, on the foundation of design and verification to elctro-spindle, the research on the selected permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical models and control theory is made, put forward the current,speed double-loop regulator and position loop design, And developed a set of high-performance, high-precision dual-DSP-based full-digital AC servo electro-spindle control system. At last, the transplantation methods ofμC/OS-II to TMS320F2812 and TMS320C6713 were deeply analysed. The control tasks were classified reasonably to satisfy the requirements for motor control, the task modules and tasks' communication mechanism were designed and realized. Test results showed that the motor control software design approch proposed by this thesis are effective, promote the use of Value.
