| The conduct electricity fiber bomb is a kind of soft kill munition which uses the conduct electricity fiber as damage element. The conduct electricity fiber silk is send into pre-arranged space dispersedly, and covers the power equipments such as high pressure charged barbed wire net and transformer substation. It generates arc discharging and causes a short circuit and destroys power equipments so that the fighting capacity of enemy is weaken and the initiative in the battlefield is gained by us. In this paper, the application of conduct electricity fiber on the bomb is discussed, the damage mechanism of conduct electricity fiber to power equipments is analyzed, and the exiting delivery platform is introduced systematically. Based on status of the research on conduct electricity fiber warhead at home and abroad, the application of conduct electricity fiber on mortar bomb is discussed, a kind of conduct electricity fiber mortar HE bomb is designed preliminarily. For this bomb, simulation and calculation is done with three-dimensional simulation technology. Based on research requirement and actual conditions, some key techniques which include filling structure of conduct electricity fiber on the Small and medium-caliber bomb, assembly Process, dispersing of conduct electricity fiber and so on are researched in depth. The manufacture and assembly process which meet the requirements are gained. Finally, the bomb's static and dynamic performances are tested and analyzed, operational capacity demonstration is done. The research is significant for the application of conduct electricity fiber on mortar bomb. |
