Optimal Research On DEH Control System Of ZHANGJIAKOU NO.1 Unit

DEH control system is usually designed on 300MW unit, and its function level directly determines the safety and economy of the whole unit. Today, the DEH control logic still has some disadvantage and mistakes that can not satisfy the demand of unit to run safely and economically.In this thesis, typical DEH functions are discussed, and typical plant characters are analyzed. Taking the DEH system of ZHANGJIAKOU NO.1 unit as a research target, the original functions and disadvantages is analyzed in detail, and the optimal schemes are proposed. The important tests ,such as down load test , frequency correct test, IP start test ,are especially designed optimally, and put into practice. All the testes run successfully.
