Ac synchronous motor has the advantages of high efficiency,adjustable power factor,are widely used in high-power industry.With the development of iron and steel metallurgy industry,high moment of inertia of large-scale synchronous motor has become the important equipment in the process of production.Synchronous motor with start-up difficulties led a large number of energy consumption of the rev is becoming more and more attention.Large synchronous motor startup mode,the static variable frequency soft start with incomparable advantage,and the current domestic market of static frequency converter mainly dominated by several manufacturers abroad.So the large static variable frequency synchronous motor starter will be very considerable economic benefits and social value.This paper first analyzes the large-scale synchronous motor technology,inverter industry status quo.GL150 high-power/orthogonal frequency conversion controller technology research,frequency conversion starts in the application of large synchronous motor and the main research content of this article.Second,this Pater then focuses on the analysis of frequency control system,starting control principle,control principle,grid excitation control principle in oxygen making machine principles,and proposes in the field of practical application of the frequency conversion start and power frequency operation of two major categories of difficult problems.Third,aims at the difficulties in the control of frequency conversion startup and two types of power frequency operation,analyzes and researches on how to adjust the control parameters of the speed regulator,radically changes the magnitude of the excitation current,accelerates the magnetic flux response during the startup process,shortens system dynamic response time,So that the torque,flux in the start process to meet the requirements of the load changes,to solve the magnetic fault during the start-up process.Layer control using power factor,stability and rapidity of the system under constant power factor control.Improving the hardware configuration of foreign equipment,multi-function motor protector in system 7UM62,alternative to poor compatibility with S7-300 quality analyzer UMG507,simplify the system structure;And developed the function block and DP communication diagnostic program which is suitable for 7UM62,eliminate the hidden trouble of the system,the fault of DP network is solved effectively,improve the system anti-interference ability and stability,laboratory and field tests were carried out respectively.Forth,according to the technological innovation point,track and analyze the running effect of control system.At the same time and peer benchmarking.To promote the existing achievements,embodies the superiority of its feasibility and control performance.Fifth?based on SIMENS' GL150 variable frequency control system,completes the designing of the generating unit variable frequency starting control system.Since the system was put into use in production environment,which has achieved a)stable and reliable performance,b)production efficiency improvement,c)operation cost and labor intensity decrease,and therefore remarkable economic and social benefits have been accomplished.
