Research And Implementation On Boiler Explosive Leakage Prevention Project In FengHe Power Plant

The explosion and leakiness of Water wall, reheater, superheater and economizer is a common problem in Thermal Power Plant, it seriously affects the normal operation of power plant, and even may causes great loss. This paper first introduces the causes for the explosion and leakiness of the boiler, such as Stress damage, wear off, Overheating, Corrosion, Welding problem, Oxide loss, and so on. Then expounds on the prevention measures applied in FengHe power plant in many areas,from Infrastructure stage to the operational phase. The effectiveness of FengHe power plant in the prevention of explosion and leakiness proves the feasibility and effectiveness of these measures.
