With the development of information technology,alternate current stabilized voltage supply is widely used in scientific research,economic development,military facilities,medical equipment and so on,electric equipment is becoming strict with the power quality.The traditional power supply adopts analog control method which results in complicated circuit,difficulties for system debug,element aging and bad output waveforms.These have been unable to meet the needs of high precision and digital electric equipment.And the application of digital signal processing technology and high-performance DSP controller can be a very good solution to the traditional regulated power supply's disadvantage such as with low steady-state accuracy,poor dynamic performance and difficulties to monitor.This paper is aimed at this problem to design a digital high-performance power supply.Firstly,the paper analyed the SPWM theory,its realization method and frequency spectrum,proposed SPWM pulse's frequency multiplication to reduce harmonic content.Combing the existing digital control strategy, the digital inverter's model is built,and the Dead-beat control strategy based BP neural network is presented.Secondly, the solution of the digital high-performence power supply is expatiated in detail. The system adopts the DSP chip TMS320F2812 as the control chip.Then use a ARM chip LPC2210 which is rich in natural resources and has good anti-interference ability and low-power as the main controller, and expands communication function on the chip. This power supply is able to realize failure detection, RS-485 and Ethernet communication.Thirdly, a digital high-performence power supply is developed. The hardware design is divided into DSP control unit and ARM monitor unit. DSP control unit includes signal acquisition module, isolated drive module, system fault detection module; ARM monitor unit contains keyboard and LCD module,communications module and alarm modual. And the current exploitation implement and some sub-sector of software involving DSP inverter control algorithm, various communication ways are described.Finally,the test methods and test enviroment for the digital high-performence power supply are discussed, the working results of the prototype is listed with the Effect analysis of source voltage and load.The digital high-performence power supply developmented in this paper works fine, it can achieve High-precision voltage output, automatic protection, Liquid crystal display , remote monitoring and can be used in high-precision electrical equipment and other industrial areas.The measurement results shows that the digital high-performence power supply's main technical performances meet and exceed the requirements of the existing national standards, achieve the expected goals.
