Turbine-drive Reciprocating pump body as the main supporting components whether normal work under poor conditions, existing structure whether meet the requirements, that are important issues faced in body design.Based on the theory of finite element methed and static&dynamic state, this paper mainly performs static and modal analysis of turbine-drive reciprocating pump body by using ANSYS software. To determine the rationality of its structure.Slideway and bearing block which are detailed in the paper are main departments forced and weak parts in strength and stiffness. Because of ANSYS software geometric modeling function is not strong, can not achieve accurate and efficient model such a complex reciprocating pump body modeling. Modeling method select solid modeling approach. A powerful modeling software Pro / ENGINEER Wildfire2.0 is used to set up three-dimensional solid model, then the model is input into ANSYS9.0 through the interface program. The modeling method can get modeling of high efficiency and good quality model. The solid model must be simplified in order to balance accuracy and complex scale conflicts. On the premise of analysis of element quantities, quality and distribution, the whole body is meshed by using solid element in order to establish the detailed model for FEM analysis.Different phases of the body are simulated and calculated in static analysis. Stress cloud which can identify the greatest stress when the body is dangerous phase are drawn in different phases. That provide a theoretical basis for future structural design .On the basis of static analysis of the body carry on modal analysis, which come to the body's inherent frequency and vibration mode, calculating whether body occur sympathetic vibration under normal working conditions. Through changing the body size and material, comparing inherent frequency and vibration mode. Based on the finite element static and modal analysis of the body, generalizing reciprocating pump body layout and structural features, to evaluate the structure of the body, and come up with design program for the partial improvement. Enable the body to meet the strength and stiffness conditions, save materials, aesthetic configuration .
