With the development of economy, logistics and transportation industry has quietly appeared in people’s sight, became a new industry.Logistics and storage equipment is an indispensable part of the logistics industry, the shelf is a major force in storage equipment. The research of this paper is that the object is the drive-in rack. In this land resource shortage of the times, the pressure is also increasing, but the demand for the shelves is growing, therefore, need to put forward higher requirements for the enterprise, including the improvement of warehouse functions, warehouse spacce utilization, logistics speed and so on. However, due to lack of industry standards, the shelves are facing increasingly fierce market competition, in order to better development, we must continue to develop, production management, application and innovation, etc..Fristly, access to relevant data, according to the warehouse space and cargo requriement, design the plan of shelf system and mechanical structure. Select and verify the adapting unit, fixing part of the shelf system. Build and make assembly of model of parts in the CAD software—Catia.Secondly, using ANSYS Workbench software to creat sailed into the finite element model of shelves, respectively under different conditions on the shelves system important components and the overall system were strength analysis, stress and total deformation nephogram are obtained, and the strength of the main parts and stiffness of verification and validation.According to the analysis results, the improved scheme is put forward, and the improved model is checked for two times, which can meet the requirement of strength.Thirdly, the improved the sail rack system in finite element modal analysis, obtained the Jalan shelves each order modal frequency and vibration type, draw the overall structure although modal stiffness is lower, but overall structural stiffness distribution, seismic performance is also good, full foot stiffness requirements.Finally, to enter the shelves of experimental modal analysis, using the instrument for LMS noise analyzer, enter the frequency and vibration type of the shelves, to verify the finite element analysis results within a reasonable range. Overall design to meet the use requirements.
