Microfluid devices have increasing application in many areas, such as analytical systems, biomedical devices, tools for chemistry, biochemistry and etc. Micropump as the carrier and controller of micro-fluidic has attracted more and more attention. In this thesis, the fashion of intestines peristalsis was simulated, then two kinds of peristaltic micopumps that using SMA (Shape Memory Alloy) spring actuator were introduced, the differential driving mode(PM-I) that driven exteriorly and expansion inside mode (PM-II) that driven internally were realized.In the micropump research field, no report about compound input for the moment has been found, the presented micropump also have some disadvantages such as high driving voltage and single output mode. In this paper the innovative concept of compound input was introduced, then designed two compound peristaltic micropumps with the characteristic of being driven by a low voltage, good response and safety. The mixed liquid flow and proportion can be controlled by adjusting the input control signal.In this thesis, the research status at domestic and abroad had been introduced firstly. Some kinds of driving method and their characteristics were analyzed. Then, the scheme and mechanism design of the differential driving mode and inter driven micropump system structure were introduced. Also the working principle and process was analyzed. Base on the different control principle of the two kinds of peristaltic micopumps, the hardware control circuit and software control design were introduced separately. The mathematical model was established by the analysis of inner flow field of the micropump; Simulation was conducted and results of output flow and pressure of micropump system were obtained. And then by using FLUENT software the force conditions of internal flow field was emulated. At last, the experiment method was present and the results was analysed concretely. By compared with simulation the experimental results indicated that the micropump has the satisfactory responses, the microflow is adjustable, also the mixed proportion of PM-II can be controlled. The feasibility of structure design and the validity of control are validated by the experiments.
