Design Of A Gyro Stable Platform Digital Control System

Nowadys,Gyro Stabilized Platform are applied to track,shipboard,airborne,missile-borne and so on. Miniaturization,digitalization,integration are the important research direction in Gyro Stabilized technology . This paper puts forward a method of Gyro Stabilized Platform digitalization control base on DSP.Use the method of digital control to Servo Control System for Stabilized Platform,not only overcome the defect of analog control system,but also can use the software program for completing control plan,it is esay to modifiaction.At the same time reduce the cost of the design of Stabilized Platform.Firstly, this paper study the control plan in theory, the compose of the Servo Control System for Stabilized Platform,and design of mathematical modeling for the main component---direct current moment motor and flexible gyro,so design of mathematical modeling for the Platform Statible Circuit. Base the index of the capability for the system,design the emendation for the Statible Circuit ,include the single close loop control and the double close loop control from the speed feedback,also compare the emluator of this two control method. Introduce the method,sampling period and filtering pattern that switch the analogy control system to the digital control system,and validate the result by the emluator.Introduce the working principle of the hardware on the Servo Control System for Stabilized Platform ,on the study of the application technology of the DSP, apply the fixed-point DSP TMS320F2407 to the digital controller of the Servo Control System for Stabilized Platform, also introduce the peripheral circuit of the TMS320F2407 : motor drive circuit and analog to digital conversion circuit detailedly.In this paper, introduce the design idea of the control system software which is on the center of the TMS320F2407, initialize program module, especially generate the pulse width modulation wave form PWM detailedly.
