Prestressed Subassemblage concrete frames are assembled by precast prestessed beams and columns with tendons in the joints of the frames. These beams and columns are hoisted in site and the tendons are passed through the moirépipes. It can be said that preloading the assembly-type prestressed concrete structures are to be pre-stressed technology fabricated structure, a combination of two structural forms of their own advantages, but also to overcome the use of prestressed structures fabricated at seismic performance gaps and achieve a reinforced concrete structure of the industrial production. The paper based on experiment of one Subassemblage and Prestressed concrete frames under low reversed cyclic loading, crack distribution, failure pattern, dissipation capacity and ductility are studied systematically. Preloading assay fabricated the characteristics of prestressed concrete frame, the elastic-plastic static analysis method used in prestressed concrete frame structure of elastic-plastic seismic response analysis, using nonlinear finite element analysis software Sap2000 for Push-over analysis at different under the stress intensity and the plastic hinge location of the hinge sequence. And seismic design of prestressed concrete frame to make a few suggestions for the future framework for pre-stressed concrete researchers, designers discuss.
