Subassemblage and Prestressed concrete frames are assembled by precast prestessed beams and columns with tendons in the joints of the frames. These beams and columns are hoisted in site and the tendons are passed through the moire pipes. So prestressing force are brought to the joints of the frame. These tendons also can assume the moments at the end of the beam in ordinary condition. By way of these tendons, precest beam and columns can be assembled conveniently, and the joints and frame are monolithic and continuous. Consequently, this kind of frame systems possess higher reliability and solved the problems in the precess of assembling Concrete frames. The paper based on experiment of two Subassemblage and Prestressed concrete frames under low reversed cyclic loading, crack distribution, failure pattern, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, displacement ductility, energy dissipation and rigidity degeneration are studied systematically. A recovery force model of the frame is proposed. The proposition to design Subassemblage and Prestressed concrete frame is proposed through studying reinforced index and partial prestressing ration. And studies show that Subassemblage and Prestressed concrete frame has better seismic performance.
