| Switched Reluctance Drive system is a model of engine and electricity technology, it gathers the modern electric power and electron technology with the control technology. It has the advantage of simple structure, firmness, low cost, reliable work, agility control, high efficiency of running, adjusting to high and abominable environment and so on. But SRM engine per se is a non-linearity system which has the spy of many controllable measures and strong coupling, we need to study its control method in order to get better capability of timing. In this dissertation, the main work is as follow.1,This paper introduces development of native and international of Switched Reluctance Drive (SRD) system and its studying actuality, at the same time particular expatiating the basic structure, advantages and application of Switched Reluctance Drive.2,The constant control method and how to choose control method for this system are introduced.3,This paper also analyzes the characteristic of digital signal processor (DSP), and design hardware circuit of SRD. The control circuit uses the TMS320LF2407 of TI company of America as the main control unit, producing the on and off and PWM signal to control the component of power circuit on and off. This system adopts modular programming to write the software, achieving the aim of controlling SR running. Finally, according to debugging, controlling of Switched Reluctance Drive based on DSP is realized.Anciently SRD system mostly use SCM as the main unit, the speed of responding the control system is slow, and the reliability of system is not so good, but in this system we use the TMS320LF2407 of TI company of America as the main control unit, which not only quickens the speed of managing and brings up the integration, but also predigests the structure of hardware and brings up the precision of controlling. |
