In this paper, four columns of reinforced concrete frame specimens in low cyclic loads test and analysis of loading the entire process. Including sample design and production, loading device, loading system, testing the contents of the measuring point, such as layout and testing methods, a detailed description of the loads at all levels of the development of cracks in the sample, the distribution of damage to the characteristics of the measuring point strain and strain characteristics; cracking load, yield load, ultimate load size; through the trial and obtained the hysteresis curve of the energy component coefficient, a measure of its energy capacity; be components of the stiffness degradation curve, given restoring force model , formula for calculating the stiffness degradation; in the test sample based on the monotony of the finite element load the numerical simulation, and a preliminary discussion.
