In this paper,the ductility performance of reinforced concrete frame structure with specially shaped columns are simulated and analyzed systematically.At first.The materials' ductility of reinforced concrete is analyzed.Expounded research techniques and influencing factors of reinforced concrete's ductility are studied in detailed.And discussed the components' mechanics performance of reinforced concrete and selected the constitutive relationship between concrete and reinforce during simulation and analysis.In this paper,the writer analyzed a three-ply reinforced concrete frame structure with specially shaped columns through compiling a program by finite elements program of ANSYS.The results of simulated approached to experimental dates by comparison them.Which mean that use ANSYS program simulated ductility performance of reinforced concrete frame structure with specially shaped columns under reversed cyclic load is feasible.The simulation reflected the ductility of reinforced concrete frame structure,in which from load-on till destruction,is perfectly.The results of simulation reflect as following:under reversed cyclic load,the limbs of the columns are weaker than other parts,and the taller of datum mark,the bigger of the plastic strain.In conclusion,the effect by reversed cyclic load is bigger. And the stress concentration closed to the joint of framework is dear.In practice,we could increase the ratio of reinforcement to enhance the limbs' capability according to comparison simulation results with experimental dates.Relative to other parts,the pedestals damaged earlier,and the failure pattern is shear failure,which means the structure couldn't consume energy any more.Through increase sectional dimension or increase the reinforcement of the pedestals to enhance shearing strength of the pedestals of frame,further more to increase the supporting capability of the whole structure and satisfied the practical requirement of the project in practice.
