Measurement And Control System Design Of Monorail Transportation Vehicle Bogie Comprehensive Test-bed

Rapid economy development accelerated the process of urbanization in China,which brought a lot of urban problems ,and the traffic is the most serious one .For its large transport capacity,less pollution,less occupation of land, a s well as safety, high speed,comfortableness,punctuality etc, rail transportation plays a more and more important role in the modern urban transportation.Bogie is one of the most important components of monorail transportation vehicle, which bears the body weight directly, and also ensures vehicles passage curve smoothly. Some parameters of the bogie determine the stability and comfort of vehicles directly. And there is no mature technologies and product for bogie maintenance. It is of good theoretical and practical value as China plans to promote rail transportation today.Analysing the driving force,braking force,and motion of vehicle in the road, and comparative analysing of the flat-type test bench,anti-power-type test bench and inertial-type test bench, the inertial-type test bench program was chose, with additional quality and hydraulic cylinders imposing on the bogie to simulate different load. And the formula for calculating the braking force and distance is given in this paper.Secondly, according to taskbar, detail process of bogie test was designed, which was divided into crack detect test,test bench self test,no-load running test,load running test,load brake test. Then, method of measurement and the detail steps of test were given.Finally, with totally understanding of measurement task and method, the test-control hardware system was designed, including schematics of electrical systems,PLC system, and the main components of the system were selected. Then, with GX developer ver8 and vc + +6.0,the framework of PLC program and PC program were designed, as well as the control panel.
