Monorail bogie is an important part of the straddle type monorail vehicle, its performancesl determine whether the vehicle can safely running. The monorail bogie comprehensive test platform is used for testing the monorail bogie, which is a comprehensive performance test platform, and it is the only one in china at this time, so it is of great theory performance and practical performance to study the Monorail bogie Comprehensive Test Platform and the Comprehensive Performance Testing methods.The thesis studied the mechanical structure project of the Monorail Bogie Comprehensive Test Platform, based on the analysis of the performance of the monorail bogie and the demands of the test platform's movement control, proposed the control system play of the Monorail bogie Comprehensive Test Platform, designed the related Hydraulic Systems and the compressed air circuit systems, summarized the demands and the flow chart of the experiment.Then, based on studying the computer measurement and control system, the Monorail Bogie Comprehensive Test Platform Measurement and Control System used the top and bottom machine control method, it was consist of industrial control computer, PLC, sensor and Solenoid Valve and so on. The thesis especially studied the high voltage measurement method, the anti-jamming ability of the measurement systems and the serial communication technology for the computer to the PLC, proposed the high voltage measurement method. Beside this, the thesis also studied the transducer's PWM control technology and the PID control technology of the Monorail Bogie Comprehensive Test Platform's control system, compiled the PLC control program.At last, the thesis designed the software of each module for the measure and control system. The measure and control system software used the Object-Oriented language Visual Basic 6.0 as the develop platform, programmmed the dynamic-link library with the VC++, realized the communication of the industry control machine to the PLC, the data self acquisition, measurement and data process, with the serial communication MSComm. It used the arithmetic average filter and the limit breath filter to enhance the system's anti-jamming ability. The monorail bogie comprehensive test platform could output the curves such as displacement vs pressure, velocity vs time, temperature vs velocity and pressure vs displacement etc. Combined with the Microsoft office's software, realized the real time and historical data conservation and the experiment report's design, preview and print.
