The central heating projects get access to great growth by the integrated development of urbanization of Beijing. This article works from the actual track, monitor the progress of construction of real-time data. I simulate the construction of the heating tunnel corner and cubicle by MIDAS-GTS fern software, considering the underground engineering characteristic. Analyze the impact on support structures during the excavation by numerical calculation. According the existing structural calculation method, this article also mention an approximate compute method about the upstanding beam in the tunnel corner and cubicle sidewall. The applicability of this method is verified by fern structural calculation. The main conclusions are:1) The horsehead vault and inverted arc stress are great. It increases as the depth gets deeper. The effection of the excavation turn to small when the face is 6m ahead the horeshead.2) Stress concentration in the hole on the sidewall of the cubicle. The inner force of the top and botton beam are nearly similar. The reinforced bars could be same.3) The tunnel corner excavation would cause the biggest displacement during the construction, step contribute about 60% of the whole displacement.4) Both preliminary support and permenent linning stress concentrate at the tunnel turing comer. The vualt near end wall and the opposite arch springing are foreced, because of the structure dissymmetry.5) Innerforce solution of the unstanding beam in the tunnel corner could be based on the supstructure method. According to the lintel caculation method, we can adjust it to fit for the top and bottom beam innerforce caculation in the cubicle sidewall.
