With the rapid development of China’s economic construction,the total mileage of tunnels increased by 1,509,195.10×10~4m in 2018,including 1,058 super long tunnels,470.66×10~4m,and 4315 long tunnels,742.18×10~4m.The situation of tunnel construction is fierce,and the issues of tunnel lighting quality and energy saving have become important research topics.Therefore,in this paper,through the preparation and research of the tunnel side wall materials,in order to improve the quality of the lighting inside the tunnel.Through a large number of literatures related to tunnel sidewall materials,we mainly study the basic properties of the prepared sidewall materials and the impact on the lighting quality inside the tunnel.Among them,the basic performance of the prepared sidewall material is mainly aimed at fire resistance and adhesion performance.The final test results show that the binder component of the tunnel side wall material is high-alumina cement:ordinary portland cement:redispersible latex powder is 19%:11%:8%;APP2.0%in the foam material component:MEL1.2%:PE1.2%;Alumina hydroxide in flame retardant component 8%:Magnesium hydroxide 8%;Insulating filler component expanded perlite11%:Sepiolite 11%:Glass beads 31%.The energy-saving side wall material formed by the mixed preparation can have a fire resistance time of 178 minutes and a bonding strength of>0.7Mpa.For the inner wall coating of the tunnel,the fire resistance time of the tunnel is required to be greater than 2h,and the bonding strength is greater than0.15Mpa.It can be seen that the basic performance of the energy-saving side wall material prepared is far higher than the requirements of the specification,which meets the basic conditions of the side wall of the tunnel,and the basic performance has not been greatly improved.The evaluation of the lighting quality inside the tunnel mainly through the reflectivity,the average brightness of the road surface,the uniformity of brightness and the visibility of small targets.Through the tunnel model and the tunnel simulation system in the school laboratory,the comparative test of replacing the three materials of cement mortar board,energy-saving side wall material and light-reflecting material was conducted to study the effect of reflective lighting of the energy-saving tunnel side wall material.The test results found that the reflective storage material has the best performance in terms of reflective effect.Whether it is reflectivity,road surface brightness or small target visibility,the effect is the best,but the prepared energy-saving sidewall material has a reflectance of 71%.The average brightness of the road surface is 10.3cd/m~2,the small target visibility reflective material is C=0.5,the average brightness of the road surface is 11.7 cd/m~2,the obstacle recognition time is 257ms,and the reaction time of the energy-saving sidewall coating prepared is 283ms,slightly lower Used to store reflective materials.However,the basic performance of the reflective material,that is,the refractory duration is only about 1h.Considering the basic performance and energy-saving effect,the energy-saving side wall material prepared can meet the basic performance,and the quality of tunnel lighting has also been greatly improved.It has certain utilization value for the study of tunnel lighting quality.
