As a result of particularity of environment,the data of the design, construction and operation of railway in permafrost regions are very important.Using management information system to manage and analyze these data is very advantageous for further utilizing.In addition,contrasting to normal regions,the possibility of roadbed diseases is greater because the nature condition is worse.So it is necessary to make use of MIS to manage the static and dynamic data of roadbed,hold the roadbed state in time and take some maintenance measures.Based on above-mentioned factors,first of all,this thesis sets up the structure of static and dynamic data and memory styles of management information system for railway roadbed in permafrost regions.At the same time,reasonable and effective data memory is completed based on the characters of railway roadbed in permafrost regions. Furthermore,the evaluation model of roadbed state is founded,which is according with the characters of the permafrost regions and is helpful for roadbed maintenance.Thirdly, relative factors of roadbed stability in permafrost regions are researched and the forecast model of roadbed state is founded.At last,the design and development of management information system of roadbed maintenance in permafrost regions are accomplished, which is advantageous to improve the level of information-based management of railway maintenance and ensure safety of railway transportation.
