The shortage of freshwater has become a serious global problem and it increasingly be a problem with the growing water pollution. Desalination is an effective method to solve water crisis. Seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) desalination will be industry's development trend of desalination technology in the future. Considering the structural design, selection of dual friction, design theory and design methods, in this dissertation, seawater hydraulic pump, the heart of seawater reverse osmosis desalination device, is selected as the research project, and the objective is to improve the performance such as heavy corrosion, friction, wear, leakage and cavitations in seawater pump. So a certain technical foundation for the application of sea water pump of reverse osmosis desalination devices can set up.Firstly, basic performance parameters for the seawater pump of small reverse osmosis desalination device are confirmed after an investigation of application requirements and sea water hydraulic pump technology. With analysis of shortcomings of existing distribution structures, a new axle fluid distribution structure can compensate the gap automatically is put forward and the structure of the pump was designed. Then materials for important seawater pump friction pairs in pump working conditions are selected. Secondly, the smallest cylinder size is optimized as objective function. The structure of three supporting dual-damper plunger and its optimal gap are designed. Complete hydrosfasic bearing slipper with damping spiral groove is designed with hydrosfatic bearing method. At last, radial force balance agencies and wear gap automatic compensation agencies are designed based on analysis of the force and leakage of cone-axle fluid distribution.The cone-axle fluid distribution structure put forward in this paper, not only to avoid the partial grinding problem exist in port plate assignment, but also can compensate the flow gap exist in axle fluid distribution structure, it has a certain application value.
