The article tries to deal with the issues that exits in the system of the naval ships' seawater desalination such as bulkiness,complexity operation,sacle formation ete.And the paper gives in a new conceive of freshwater system.This is the method that convert seawater to freshwater by using single stage reverse osmosis.The first chapter introduces the issues of the naval ships in the modern time and the excellences of RO. The second chapter introduces the membrane technology and explains the application principles of the microstraining,ultrafitra-tion and reverse osmosis separately. The third chapter introduces the primal problem of membrane processing and gives some solutions. The fourth chapter is the most important chapter in the paper. It introduces the design,debug and running of the test. The fifth chapter introduces the purification in the principle.And the last chapter introduces the analysis of freshwater quality.
