Such building complex of commercial construction as HOPSCA has been existed and been under development in China for years.As long as its function and modality has been consummated,HOPSCA become the most energetic commercial facility in the city.Considering the interior pedestrian street of HOPSCA,we could easily jump into the conclusion that it is the most valuable and livingness commercial space in the reason of its diversity commercial compose.The public space which is the key factor to the quality of the interior pedestrian street,is also the significative space for the consume behavior.With its function is complicated various and its formality is nimble changeful, the research of public space of the interior pedestrian street not only could lead to dream up the exoteric foundation of relish shopping circumstance,but also very meaningful to improving the spark and ameliorating the life quality of the city.Referring to this discourse,the research of intervenient property and influence factors of the public space has been taken on based on the exist frame of reference by integrating the living example of interior pedestrian street of HOPSCA.The intervenient property of the pedestrian street is divided by the utilise of public space of the interior pedestrian street.There must be some area of public space that is less passed by the customers,so it has weaker intervenient property,and could be the repose and social activity area On the contract,there is also hustle and bustle in the public area which has stronger intervenient property,could become the traffic space.Even the different subzone of the identical public space could have entirely different intervenient property because of the dissimilarity of design technique and customer density,etc.The author has analyzed and investigated all the phenomenons mentioned above,which based on environment psychology ergonomics etc.In order to sum up which area could be less disturbed for the customer that is suitable for repose zone project,it is the area in public space with weak intervenient property;on the other hand,the area which is misfit for the same function could be frequently passed by customers,it is the area in public space with strong intervenient property.Secondary,the thesis is in use of interspace analyze when facing how to demarcate intervenient property by the mental aspect of interior pedestrian street.The method of analysis is to dismantle three dimensional space into two dimensional.â‘ The length direction of interior pedestrian street;â‘¡The width direction of interior pedestrian street;â‘¢The vertical direction of interior pedestrian street.In the interior pedestrian street public space,every concrete location's may get involved in intervenient property is synthesized by those three aspects.Thirdly,after having reached the conclusion,the author continue to investigate and discuss how to enhance or bate the intervenient property of public space of the interior pedestrian street by the facts of space restriction,interior material quality,artificial lighting,etc.The divergence of intervenient property's extent of public space could be totally imposed when we are designing to create comfortable commercial atmosphere, to promote the communication between different peoples,and to increase the city's vigour.In the end,the author analyze the theory with linking up the exist project "The HOPSCA in LiJia village in Xi'an" to sum up how to create different space with different intervenient property in the public space.Basing on expounding and proving of example,the author attests her theory once again.
