The reciprocating machinery is widely used in the daily lives,for example,motors, compressor and diaphragm pump are the key equipments of the power sector,the transport sector,petrochemical sector and so on.The running of the reciprocating machinery has a direct impact on the product quality and economic benefits.Therefore, at home and abroad,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the reciprocating machinery have become a hot research.However,because of its complex structure, multi-input source and instability,the practical application of fault diagnosis is not satisfied.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research of the reciprocating machinery fault diagnosis.This paper takes diaphragm slider-crank mechanism parts as an example,when machine appears wear failure in the vice-hinged of the bulk and link,the link and slider, and both have wear failure at the same time,dynamic models are established by two-state-model and get differential equations expression,then using matlab's ode45 to numerical simulative,plotting the dynamic response curve in different wear conditions and analyzing the dynamic response curves.By equations expression,it is determined that the diaphragm's slider-crank mechanism with wearing is strongly nonlinear vibration system.Aider introducing the nonlinear vibration theory and the chaos theory,plotting the poincare section in the different wear conditions(sections have dense points),Therefore,when the slider-crank mechanism parts shave wearing,the slider's movement is chaotic motion.With the combination of fractal theory and fractal dimension,getting correlation dimensions of three wear acceleration by the matlab program and found that the corresponding correlation dimensions have a substantial difference.Therefore, proposing in the reciprocating machinery fault diagnosis,the correlation dimension can be used as a feature vector,by calculating the correlation dimension to determine mechanical failure categories,thereby carrying on to state identification and fault diagnosis to the reciprocating machinery...
