In order to carry out the national industrial policies of the energy the searching new way for comprehensive utilization of metallurgical waste slag of blast furnace slag of Jiugang Factory has to be dong.Through the investigation analyses of the present condition of the comprehensive utilization of the blast furnace slag,the condition of production,management and utilization of the blast furnace slag was basically hold,and the chemical composition, slag component,activity and basis property of the blast furnace slag were understood. The fundamental data and basis were provided for the comprehensive utilization of the blast furnace slag.Through the test study of the small hollow building block of common concrete made of the blast furnace slag,it shows that the blast furnace slag,fly ash and so on can replace a great amount of cements,and reduce the productions cost.The strength regirement of the products of the concrete build block and so on can be satisfied. By using granulated blast furnace slag,the light aggregate micro-hole concrete building block was trial-made.The performance test shows that the building block has the advantage of light mass and lower thermal conductivity.It is as the latest new product of the energy conservations wall material,i.e.the composite building block of thermal-insulting energy conservation.Based on the laboratory's work,the semi-industrial test of the composite building block of thermal-insulting energy conservation was accomplished.The proportioning of the needed blast furnace slag,fly ash,additional preparation and so forth were determined.The index determination of each performance was done for the energy conservation building block produced.The works such as key technological parameters,microcomputer monitor system of slurry preparation,design development of the special equipment proportioning design optimization and so forth were accomplished.The technological firm basis was fixed for constructing advanced industrialization production line.Through thermal insulation the test study of semi-industrialization production of the project of the composite energy conservation building block made of the blast furnace slag were done,it shows that the product performance is excellent and it has the advantage of light weight,medium strength,heat preservation,sound proofing, small water absorptivity,better adhesiveness with plastering lay and so forth.The comprehensive cost of construction of the building can be reduced and the property of construction earthquake resistance can be improved.It is the new model wall material at the present,because of its obvious Characteristics such as better heat preservation, construction more convenience,lightest weight,the building are reduction more.
