The Research On The Reason For The Crack Of The Framed Bridge And Its Mending Methods

The crack of bridge is the usual disease of bridge construction,which is also the researching and developing subject for the engineering circle continuously.As one type of flyovers,tunnel bridge has been more and more used extensively in engineering construction for its unique merit and applicability.This article uses the B 10-1 tunnel bridge of Chong Qing Economic Development Zone as the object of study,and make use of software Midas to build the finite-element model of the tunnel bridge to analyse the reason for cracks,according to its detective report and the thick plate-finete element theory.During the analysing process,taking loads caused by temperature and moving loads into consideration seperately to influnece the different parts of structure,according to the actual situation of crack distribution,and finally,making two conclusions.The one is the loads caused by temperature is the main reason for the crack of side plate,the other is the deficiency of reinforcement percentage along the direction of bidge span is the main reason for the crack along this direction.Simultaneously,considering that the structutal style of B10-1 tunnel bridge is different from the traditional frame-shaped tunnel bridge,it makes a discussion of the rationality of its structural style,and come to the conclusion is that:the irrationality of the original structural style is the essential reason for cracks.In the end,introducing several methods of crack mending,and give the most economic and reasonable mending measure for it,according to the actual situating of crack in B10-1 tunnel bridge.
