Pipe-jacking technique is one of the main technologies of the trenchless technology for pipeline buried,and it is an important part of the city's underground project. Pipe-jacking inevitably lead to ground and underground soil disturbance,and Influence the security of neighbor building and underground pipeline. At present, domestic theoretical study of Pipe-jacking is not deep enough,and there is more a lack of the study of extra-shallow-underground-pipe jacking with slight curve . For the promotion of technology research and application of extra-shallow-underground-pipe jacking with slight curve , it is necessary for construction projects to monitor in real-time, analyzing the factors of ground deformation and feedback in time. Take appropriate measures for the project of extra- shallow-underground-pipe jacking with slight curve works smoothly.This article bases on the PIPE JACKING PROJECT OF HANGZHOU BAN SHAN, and uses large-scale finite element software ANSYS to calculate the construction of extra-shallow-underground-pipe jacking with slight curve. Implement different speed of jacking in the mode, exploring the rules of the deformation for extra-shallow -underground-pipe jacking with slight curve in different speed of jacking. Through the simulation analysis, we found that deformation of the ground is greater difference in different speed of jacking.There is 40% more uplift capacity of the ground in the speed of 6cm/min than in 2cm/min,but there is small difference between 2cm/min and 3cm/min.We suggest using the speed of 2cm/min to 3cm/min for extra-shallow -underground-pipe jacking with slight curve.We explore the process of monitoring of the ground deformation in the process of construction on the basis of the simulation analysis. In light of the actual monitoring data, we can study ground deformation factor deeply,and forecast for the project. Because of this, deformation of the ground of actual construction process can achieve better results. The results of our research will have some reference for similar project of extra-shallow-underground-pipe jacking with slight curve.
