As a trenchless technology for pipeline buried, pipe-jacking technique is increasingly displaying the enormous superior in pipeline buried remodeling of municipal engineering in city. Pipe-jacking in construction area has such applying advantages as keeping the traffic expedite, not disturbing the commerce trade and dwellers , keeping the original sight view and protecting the environment of city. People always put sharp blame on the case that roads even news roads are dug to bury the pipes and then rilled again even more than once. In municipal engineering, a great number of pipe-jacking are buried shallowly, e.g. the depth of soil superstratum is less than 3m, which oversteps the certain specification. Meanwhile there is little papers about this in the world.Through an example of practical engineering of extra-shallow--underground-pipe jacking with slight curve in Drainage Engineering in Nanbin Road of Chongqing city, the soil deformation mechanism and disciplinarian while extra-shallow-underground-pipe jacking with slight curve was jacked, the factors influenced by ground surface deformation, how to control influence of surroundings and various construction controlling measures of ground surface deformation, according to survey of ground surface deformation and stress in culvert and concrete pipe while pipe-jacking overpassed various radius and the analysis of stochastic medium theory, were discussed in this paper in detail.The main content of the thesis is as follows:1. Combined with the practical engineering of extra-shallow-undergrond-pipe jacking with slight surve in Drainage Engineering in Nanbin Road of Chongqing city, the mechanics mechanism and the variation of soil stress state due to being disturbed during pipe-acking construction are discussed. The soil can be divided into different zones based on the variation of stress state compared with initial stress state. The variation of stress state and characters of soil, the reason of stratum movement and the regularity of surface movement are studied.2. Study on the stress and displacements of the soil of the extra-shallow-undergrond-pipe jacking. 3. According to test study of stress distribution and face resistance in culvert during pipe jacking construction, the resistance change of culvert forepart was monitored and internal force distribution in culvert was obtained, which presented essential proof and test data to improve the design of the deviation-correcting jacks, the following relay station and culvert.4. Based on the results of calculation and marc, thoroughly analyzed. And the effectiveinfluence degree and range of surroundings are contro during pipe jacking construction to decrease influence on surroundings are put forward, which will realize the jacking construction of the protection environment type and offer reference to design and construction of other similarity projects.Based on the hereinbefore study, the minimum value of extra-shallow soil superstratum was thoroughly discussed and the effective control factors on ground surface during pipe jacking construction were concluded. Lastly, the systemic control techniques on extra-shallow-underground-pipe jacking with slight curve were put forward in this paper.
