| Automation generation control(AGC) is an important function in energy management system(EMS).The size of power grids extending and the automation level increasing,the propotion of AGC units in power grids is biger and biger.And the automation generation control technic is an indispensable means in modern power grids running.The differences of AGC units in operation are great result from great differences of physical capability of generators and administrative levels of power plants.In interconnected control system,the regulation actions of control areas are examined by control performance standard.The AGC regulation of a control area is accomplished by AGC units in this area.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate,examine the regulation efficiency of AGC units and institute relevant measures.These can promote the performance optimization of AGC units,improve the enthusiasm of putting them in operation,and it is helpful to control grids more safely and steadily.The method for evaluating the control performance of AGC units is still being studied now.And the single parameter method and the quantitative evaluating and examining the regulation performance of AGC units are always used.These methods can reflect elementary characteristics of AGC units,but they can not really evaluate the perform effects of AGC units effectively.Analyzing the AGC units' control performances and regulating actions,summing up typical response progress to evaluation command,the simple and intuitionistic evaluating method,named trumpet curve evaluation method,is proposed.This method can get a synthetical evaluation index directly without calculating all evaluation elements,so as to compare the synthetical performance of AGC units rapidly.At last,taking familiar fossil fuel-fired steam generator for example,this paper designs one simulated model which has only one unit.The simulation proves that this method has a simple and feasible operating process,and the result is according with practice. |
